Overview
Bankruptcy has not gone away. The new bankruptcy law protects many of the same
people that needed protection before. Folks who don't have enough money to pay
their creditors / bills can still file bankruptcy - the process has become somewhat
longer and more complicated; however, Mark McClure can advise and help you. You

Our firm handles legal matters in the following practice areas: General Commercial
